Brenda Barrios, ( Born, in Los Angeles,) is a multidisciplinary artist who works with sculpture, performance, music production,  Kinetic, video,  installation and painting. Her practice explores disability themes through the lens of Mexican American methodologies, integrating platicas, collaborations, and rigorous research into her creative process. In her multi-disciplinary practice, Barrios draws inspiration from her narrative as a first-generation Mexican American Artist. This piece exemplifies her innovative approach, blending tactile elements with cultural symbolism. Brenda Barrios earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts from UCLA in 2023 and Her MFA at  Yale University for her Master's at Yale School of Art 2025.
